If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement product to be supplied.
Installation Charges
Within 12 months of original installation:
Replacement products are fitted free of charge.
After 12 months:
We charge a small installation fee to fit the guaranteed replacement product.
This covers time, travel, and labour only—the product itself remains free under the guarantee.
